About Lily Lou
Hi! My name is Taylor and I am the owner and principal of Lily Lou Jewelry. I’m a recently married, thirty something year old, who loves all things jewelry, fashion and beauty.
In November of 2012 I had the vision to create Lily Lou Jewelry, an online shop based on styling your life. Lily Lou, my Yorkshire Terrier, and the namesake of the company, inspired my vision. I take such joy from styling jewelry because the jewelry that we wear is an expression of how we feel. It’s amazing how putting on the right necklace can not only transform an outfit, but also transform one’s attitude. My passion for jewelry goes into each Lily Lou selection. From timeless to fashion forward, we have something for everyone. Our entire collection is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead safe.
Our prices set Lily Lou apart from the competition. Not only do I want to sell fabulous jewelry, I want to make it affordable. Lily Lou has grown over the few years and offers gorgeous wedding day jewelry at the same affordable prices. We also offer wholesale pricing for retailers. Personal styling by myself is also available for the big day, or any day.
My sweet little co-founder, Lily Lou, passed away in September of 2014, but Lily Lou Jewelry continues on in the spirit of her memory.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from California within two business days except orders placed from the Wedding & Wholesale Shops which ship out in 10-15 days. Lily Lou ships within the United States through USPS.

Returns
Returns are not accepted on purchases from the Wedding Shop, Wholesale Shop, or Personal Styling. Returns are accepted within three days after you receive your order. All items must be unworn and in original packaging. Lily Lou is not responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 25% restocking fee on all items returned. Please contact Lily Lou at shoplilylou@att.net with any questions.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders must be a minimum of $100. All sales are final. Sales, discounts and promotional offers do not apply to wholesale orders. Orders will ship out in 10-15 days from date of order placed. If you are ordering in California, the sales tax will be refunded within 24 hours of placing order.
